The heart
and soul of Lefty Lucy© is Lucy Malia and Nick
DiBlasio. Lucy and Nick collaborate to write their
original songs that they have recorded on two CDs. Their dynamic performances on stage have captivated
thousands. Their friendly, approachable personalities
off stage have endeared thousands as well.
Lefty Lucy© is a professional band that performs
as a full five-piece band. They perform popular
cover songs as well as many original songs. The
members that round out the rest of Lefty Lucy are
Jonathan Dobson on drums, Kevin Anderson
on bass and Glenn Masher on lead guitar. Lefty Lucy has played all over the world,
including Bermuda, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto
Rico, the Panama Canal, Cabo San Lucas, Lake Tahoe,
Colorado, Boston, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and
many privately owned Motor and Sailing Yachts. Lefty
Lucy now calls Las Vegas home and performs nightly at
many hotspots right on the famed Strip. |

Lefty Lucy© started performing in Las Vegas in April
2006 playing for Harrah's Casino at the world famous
Toby Keith's 'I Love this Bar and Grill' and 'The
Piano Bar.' The five-piece band played a great
variety of new Country music mixed with some rock at
Toby's. Toby himself even joined Lefty Lucy
a few times for renditions of "I Love this Bar," and "Get Drunk
and Be Somebody," and "Whiskey Girl." After much success at both
clubs, Lefty Lucy has since moved venues from 'The
Piano Bar' to 'Carnival Court,' the outside Mardi
Gras/Flair bartending bar at Harrah's. They
play more of a rock oriented show showcasing
favorites from the 70's onward. Rounding out
their schedule Lefty Lucy also performs selected
dates at Jimmy Buffett's 'Margaritaville Cafe' in
the Flamingo hotel. Their many years living
and performing in Bermuda has been a great precursor
to Jimmy Buffett's style.

Lucy Malia
Lead Vocals, Keyboards, Guitar, Harmonica

Lucy has been singing and playing the piano since she
was a very young child. She performed the
National Anthem at a Philadelphia Phillies MLB game
in Veteran's Stadium. She also won the honors
to perform the same song at her University
graduation. Lucy did some recording in
Nashville and while there, entered a singing
competition. After being named the winner, she
had the honors of performing her original songs at
the Country Music Hall of Fame. Later that
evening she shared the stage with 'Nashville Star'
finalist, Miranda Lambert, at
the Wild Horse Saloon and sang for a packed house.
While working with A & M Records in Philadelphia, she
met Sheryl Crow, saw her concert and was immediately
blown away by Sheryl's ability to master so many
instruments. So inspired by Sheryl's
performance, Lucy soon taught herself to play the
guitar and harmonica. After joining up with Nick DiBlasio, the two formed
Lefty Lucy and started writing songs together and
playing in Philadelphia. They soon began a
whirlwind tour that has taken them to many exotic
places including: Bermuda, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico,
Mexico, California, Colorado, Boston, New Jersey,
and many privately owned motor yachts. Las
Vegas is now where Lefty Lucy performs nightly on
the famed 'Strip.'
Lucy has performed with many of Rock and Country's
finest including Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Michael Anthony (bass
player for Van Halen), Neal Schon (lead guitar for
Journey), Jeff Scott Soto (performed
lead vocal tracks for movie, "Rock Star," now lead
singer for Journey), Virgil Dinati (formerly drummer
for Steve Vai, now Soul Sirkus), David Lauser
(drummer for Sammy Hagar), Vic Johnson (guitar for
Sammy Hagar), Marco Mendoza (formerly bass for White
Snake, now Soul Sirkus), John Eddie, Jeff
Watson (guitar player for Night Ranger) and others.

Nick
DiBlasio
Rhythm Guitar, Lead Vocals

Nick has been playing the guitar since he was six.
He was fortunate to grow up in a musical family and
honed his skills. With a background in musical
theatre, Nick's showmanship flourished when he
performed in Bermuda. He teamed up with Lucy and
they wrote and recorded two CD's of original music.
Lucy and Nick's chemistry on stage is undeniable and
their friendly and warm personalities have made them
many friends around the globe.

Jonathan
Dobson
Drums

Lucy and Nick first met Jonathan Dobson when Lefty
Lucy was playing as the house band in Bermuda.
John was in the rock band that played down the
street, and they soon became friends. John is
an accomplished drummer, instructor, and has been
the choice of many for in-studio recordings.
Delivering powerhouse performances with impeccable
taste, dynamics and an innate sense of timing, his
energy creates a defined support structure for the
band. A world class musician, he has performed
with the likes of Edwin McCain, Hootie & the
Blowfish, Roberta Flack, and many more.

Lefty Lucy© was discovered by James P. Gallagher,
an accomplished producer whose clients include:
Stevie Wonder, Patti LaBelle, the Sound of Philadelphia
and many more. His work has landed him on numerous
Gold Records. Gallagher was immediately blown away
by Lucy’s voice and songwriting ability. After
Gallagher heard Lefty Lucy©, he invited them
into the studio to record their original songs.
Lefty Lucy teamed up with Jimmy Buffett's
RadioMargaritaville.com and performed a show in St.
Thomas. The sold-out live show was broadcast
on RadioMargaritaville.com and also all throughout
the Virgin Islands on the radio.
Lefty Lucy has been the house band in many venues
including two popular clubs in Bermuda, Jack's Bar
in Copper Mountain, CO, The Green House in St.
Thomas, USVI, Reed's Night Club in Philadelphia.
Now based in Las Vegas, they are the house band in
three venues: Toby Keith's "I Love this Bar and
Grill," "Carnival Court" both at Harrah's Casino,
and also Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Cafe in the
Flamingo.
